    It is the same old stupid joke again... Innocent protesters are being killed by the gonvernment, and all you can find is another stupid version of the same thing(Turkey=turkey). FYI: Turkey is written as Turkiye in Turkish.

    As I am sure you noted, this cartoon was first drawn in 2008 and posted here in 2010, long before the events in Istanbul. The rally is against the annual slaughter of domestic turkeys for the Thanksgiving holiday in the United States. It has nothing to do with the protests that are currently happening. I hope that you will enjoy my other sardonic cartoons while you are here.
